Submissions for short research presentations are solicited.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conceptual understandings of services and the systems and processes required for their delivery;
  • Mathematical methods for modelling services and the systems and processes required for their delivery;
  • Scientific and socio-economic methodologies and engineering tools for modelling services and the systems and processes required for their delivery;
  • Business ecosystem analysis of services;
  • Methodologies for observing and measuring services;
  • Mechanisms for delivery into services and consulting businesses;
  • The integration of the disciplines that contribute to the sciences of systems and services;
  • Conceptual and formal models of privacy, security, trust in services systems.



Abstracts, of at most 5 A4 pages in 12pt, in pdf or MS Word format, should be sent to david.pym@hp.com and mari.sako@said-business-school.oxford.ac.uk, marked CS3 Grenoble Submission in the Subject line, by 31 July, 2006.

Publication Plans

Informal proceedings (preparation timetable to be announced) will be circulated at the meeting. We hope to follow-up the meeting with a more substantial publication, to be determined.
